These photo’s are taken in summer 2007 at Oshodi Market. At that time it was a heavily polluted, overcrowded place where thousands of traders were trying to sell their foods and goods. In 2011 this place is completely cleaned up by the current governor of Lagos Fashola.

This fifteen year old boy trains at the Lugogo Training center in Kampala, Uganda. His hero is Kassim ‘The Dream’ Ouma, a middle weight Ugandan boxer who lives in the United States and fights for the world championship in December 2006. He used to train, where these boys now are training.
